Lucid Dreaming

So in the past few weeks I have been reading a lot about lucid dreaming and how to induce it. I have been attempting to have a successful lucid dream and last night I was finally able to have one. The experience was one of the best I have ever had. You will literally feel like a god and its an entirely enjoyable experience. Research it to see what I am talking about.

  2. i practice for a few weeks and achieve some things , i'll leave you some tips

inside a dream try this, to know if you're asleep or just for fun:

-cover your nose, and try to breath throught it (you will obviously could, except you have the flu haha :P)

-try turning a light switch on, it will never turn on!

  3. I can barely sleep most of the time, and my dreams are trippy enough, I could do without controlling them lol.

  4. I would rather hit deep REM a.s.a.p. and sleep as little as possible to maximize my day. Although control over dreams would be nice I would rather get 4-6 hours of really deep relaxing and revitalizing sleep without any dreams.
